Duration: 4-5 months + Possible Extension
Pay Range: $20/hr. - $21/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Execute standard transaction processing and reconciliation in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Address client inquiries through various channels to enhance operational efficiency and deliver quality client service.
- Conduct basic research, follow-up, and resolve routine research requests.
- Identify potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalate risk concerns when necessary.
- Provide general operational support, including mail sorting and distribution.
