About the Role
  • We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Client Service Representative.
  • This role involves managing and resolving client inquiries related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Read, analyze, and determine appropriate handling and resolution of client requests.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve client inquiries, issues, and provide technical support.
 
Required:
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Banking/Financial industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with customers.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening and time management abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, especially in navigating multiple computer systems while interacting with clients.
