- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Client Service Representative.
- This role involves managing and resolving client inquiries related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products.
- Read, analyze, and determine appropriate handling and resolution of client requests.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve client inquiries, issues, and provide technical support.

Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Banking/Financial industry.
- At least 1 year of experience working with customers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent active listening and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
- Ability to multitask effectively, especially in navigating multiple computer systems while interacting with clients.
