About the Role:
- We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our Client Servicing team.
- This individual will be the first point of contact for high-revenue clients based in the LATAM region, primarily Brazil.
- The role focuses on managing client interactions via email and phone, with an emphasis on treasury, cash management, card, and depository products. You will also collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries.
Pay Range: $20 - $22 an hr.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries from the LATAM (Brazil) region.

Manage day-to-day client communication via phone and email.

Handle and resolve requests related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products.

Analyze client queries to determine appropriate solutions and responses.

Coordinate with internal business units and stakeholders to resolve client issues.

Provide technical support and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions.
Education:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
Required Skill & Competencies:

Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Experience:

1–2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Experience handling LATAM region clients is highly desirable.
