About the Role:

  • We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our Client Servicing team.
  • This individual will be the first point of contact for high-revenue clients based in the LATAM region, primarily Brazil.
  • The role focuses on managing client interactions via email and phone, with an emphasis on treasury, cash management, card, and depository products. You will also collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries.

Pay Range: $20 - $22 an hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries from the LATAM (Brazil) region.

  • Manage day-to-day client communication via phone and email.

  • Handle and resolve requests related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products.

  • Analyze client queries to determine appropriate solutions and responses.

  • Coordinate with internal business units and stakeholders to resolve client issues.

  • Provide technical support and ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Required Skill & Competencies:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.

  • 1+ years of client servicing or customer support experience.

  • Experience handling LATAM region clients is highly desirable.
