• Sun - Thurs 5x8 schedule 12:30PM - 9:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- You will work in the Wealth Management Fraud & Claims department, handling incoming calls about suspicious activity on client accounts.
- You’ll help start and update fraud claims for credit cards, debit cards, ATM transactions, checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.
Required skills:
- 2+ years of customer service experience and below skills.
- Great communication skills
- Good job stability in recent employments.
