Overview:
- The ideal candidate will bring strong hardware (VLSI) experience, hands-on knowledge of the chip development lifecycle, and program management expertise in a technical domain (preferably semiconductors or hardware).
- Manages and takes responsibility for multiple small programs/technology with moderate complexity or a single complex program/technology by applying up-to-date program management knowledge to meet deadlines.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of Program/Project Management experience in tech/hardware domains
- Must have worked with stakeholders at Director level or higher
Technical Background:
- Must have experience with hardware/VLSI.
- Must understand end-to-end chip development lifecycle (from inception to commercialization)
- Hands-on experience in domains like verification or hardware design is highly valued
- Not expected to debug or architect, but must grasp discussions with tech teams
Tools & Skills:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have:
- Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot (usage-level only)
- Copilot exposure (Preferred)
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, risk management, reporting, and milestone tracking
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools/processes.
Pay Range:
- $65-70/Hr
