Day to Day:

Define and maintain the communication plan.
- Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and User Experience to identify meaningful metrics, reporting requirements, source data, and generate reports and dashboards in support of the communication plan.
- Find and maintain a content management framework to reduce data sources and promote consistency across reports.
- Gather, normalize, and analyze data from different sources to provide quantitative and qualitative reports on trends and patterns
- Designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into performance.
- Ability to present data in a visually appealing and easily understandable format.
- Work as the administrator for the team Wiki.
- Work as the connection into the Product Management Transformation team to ensure representation in the Public Wiki and report match the broader Product teams.
