Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in process analysis, technical documentation, or security operations

Business process design experience
-
Experience in process gap identification and process mapping
-
Visio, Figma or other process mapping experience
-
Executive communication experience
-
Influencing others/ persuasion skills
-
Proficiency in documentation and visualization tools
-
Experience working in cross-functional environments with engineering, DevOps, and product teams.
Plusses:
-
Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency – ability to create and deliver executive level presentations.

Formal training/certification in Lean, Six Sigma or other quality methodologies
