Job Description:
- Manage and execute assigned chemical regulatory projects independently, including scope, timeline, resources, and risk management.
- Interpret regulatory requirements and implement compliant business processes.
- Handle multiple small to medium projects or assist on larger ones simultaneously.
- Track and report progress on program milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate internally and externally to gather and organize restricted substances data.
- Ensure compliance integration in product lifecycle and new product introductions.
- Review component and sub-assembly data for restricted substance impact.
- Work with teams to communicate RSM issues and develop compliance tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; self-starter.
- Knowledge of global restricted substances regulations (e.g., EU RoHS, REACH) preferred.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field/
- 1-2 years of project management experience.
