Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the communication plan.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and User Experience teams to identify meaningful metrics, reporting requirements, source data, and generate reports and dashboards.

• Develop and maintain a content management framework to reduce data source duplication and promote consistency across reports.

• Gather, normalize, and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver quantitative and qualitative reports on trends and patterns.

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights.

• Present data in a visually appealing and easily understandable format.

• Serve as the administrator for the team Wiki.

• Act as the liaison to ensure representation in public documentation and alignment of reports with broader organizational standards.

  Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of data/reporting experience

  • Proficient in Confluence, Jira, HTML, SharePoint

  • Proficient/super user in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Certifications such as:

    • Atlassian Pro Skills

    • Atlassian Certified Associate (ACS)

    • Excel Expert

    • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)

    • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate

  Pay Rate Range: $50/HR-$55/HR
