Job Description:
Must Have:
- 7+ years of Scrum Master Experience
- Must have come from a development background and worked their way into a Scrum Master role!
- Cannot be someone that’s done Project management/scrum roles their whole career
- Agile experience
- Ability to manage up to 3 scrum teams
Nice To Have:
- Banking or Financial Industry experience
- Financial Data / Regulatory Reporting Technology experience
- Automation Project experience
