Job Title : UX Analyst
- Duration:12-18 Months (Contract to - CTH )
- Pay Range : 45$/hr - 55$/hr

Must Haves:
- 3+ years of UX experience
- Understanding of research methods revolving around customers
- User interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to understand user needs and behaviors
- UI/UX principles, best practices, design methodologies including usability, accessibility, and user centered design to improve user experience
- Prior experience working with UI/UX designers and providing feedback
- Preferred experience with financial institution
- Experience with SAFe
Plusses:- HIGHLY PREFERRED BANKING
- Certifications are nice to have
