Job Description:
Client: Banking
Position: Python Developer
Duration: 12 months
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Payrange: $60-65/hr
DayToDay Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python-based applications for front-office trading and risk management in global markets.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to translate complex financial models into robust and scalable software solutions.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and potentially ReactJS components to support interactive user interfaces for financial applications.
- Work with both relational and object-oriented databases to manage and query large datasets for pricing, risk, and trade data.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment, with a focus on delivering reliable and efficient systems.
Required Skills:

5+ years in Python programming
