  • Execute and track launch activities using Asana playbooks and Fieldwire to ensure milestones are completed on schedule and to client standards.
  • Work closely with procurement, construction, operations, and engineering teams to align timelines, inventory, and vendor readiness.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 80% across the U.S.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and project/task management tools (Asana preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Fieldwire or other vendor task-tracking platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working at e-commerce or within e-commerce client-like operational environments.
  • Experience launching new facilities, retail sites, or fulfillment centers.
  • Familiarity with Grocery or Food Supply Chain environments.
  • Knowledge of client Leadership Principles (Ownership, Bias for Action, Deliver Results, Frugality).

Performance Metrics:

  • Timely execution of launch tasks and milestone completion.
  • Effective utilization of Asana playbooks and adherence to project tracking tools.
  • Quality and readiness of launch sites as assessed by audit checklists and site leaders.
  • Proactive issue resolution and communication with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Vendor performance and deliverables aligned with scope, budget, and schedule.

Team & Culture:

  • Join a new and rapidly growing team focused on the high-visibility Grocery Implementation Program.
  • Collaborative yet fast-paced environment emphasizing high standards, ownership, and accountability.
  • Virtual team culture with strong communication and camaraderie.
  • Opportunities to travel extensively and be part of client’s next major expansion initiative.

Interview Process:
