Job Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Pharmacy Network Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of pharmacy networks, including retail, mail order, and specialty pharmacies. This role involves ensuring operational excellence across contract management, performance monitoring, credentialing, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of pharmacy contracting, and experience managing cross-functional teams to support network success.

Pay Range:  $65 - $70 an hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Oversight: Manage and monitor pharmacy contracts, ensuring alignment with performance metrics, credentialing standards, re-contracting processes, and compliance requirements.

• Performance Analysis: Evaluate network performance by analyzing access, service disruptions, trends, and overall service quality to drive continuous improvement.

• Provider Relationship Management: Serve as the point of contact for pharmacy providers, addressing escalations and strengthening long-term relationships.

• Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage performance data to inform contracting decisions, retention strategies, and outreach initiatives.

• Operational Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to improve network access, member satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, operations, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of network objectives.

Required Skill & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pharmacy network operations, including contract and provider management.

• Strong understanding of different pharmacy channels (retail, mail, specialty).

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder and provider engagement.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead process improvements.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance processes related to pharmacy networks.
