Pay range - $20-25/hr
Required skills:
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading efforts related to Health outstanding invoicing and collection efforts.
- The Analyst will lead weekly check-ins for accuracy, gather feedback from Customer, CSM, CAE, on outstanding and open issues, interpret data from source systems and confirm themes broadly impacting the Customer base.
- Determine workstreams and stakeholders needed to address root cause
- Set up and facilitate calls with aligned stakeholders to address root cause and follow through to ensure related invoices are addressed.
