About the Role:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting operational communications and ensuring seamless execution of Brand and Creative projects. This position is responsible for end-to-end project management, vendor coordination, and process optimization, with a focus on delivering high-quality creative assets on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:

Compile address lists with variable data formatting for direct and email campaigns.

Coordinate the execution of direct mail and email sends, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with external vendors to manage production schedules and deliverables.

Oversee the development and delivery of marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and approvals from internal teams.

Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain quality and efficiency.

Develop and refine workflows to streamline creative and operational communications processes.

Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

Maintain project documentation and ensure proper tracking of deliverables.
Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with data formatting and CRM platforms for marketing communications.

PMP or related project management certification.

Experience in the energy industry a plus.
Required Skills:

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse group of individuals ranging from engineers to creative writers.

Strong understanding of communications processes, including direct mail and email marketing.
