We are seeking an experienced L3 Production Support Engineer to join our dynamic Trading Systems Support team. The role involves providing high-level application and infrastructure support for critical trading platforms in a fast-paced, high-availability financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide L3 support for real-time trading applications and related systems.

Proactively monitor application performance and health using ITRS Geneos and other tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the trading stack (front to back).

Work closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Level 1/2 support teams for issue resolution and root cause analysis.

Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and ad hoc reporting.

Write and optimize SQL queries for investigation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Participate in incident management, post-mortem analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Coordinate and support change management, deployments, and release cycles.

Ensure system uptime, stability, and performance in accordance with SLAs.
