Job Description:

• Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and production systems across cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and OpenShift to ensure system health and performance.

• Diagnose application and platform issues using expertise in Java, .NET, Python, Scala, Node.js, JavaScript, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.

• Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes, triage, and resolve code and platform-related problems efficiently.

• Optimize and automate CI/CD processes, enhance tool reliability, and lead proactive monitoring efforts to improve system visibility and prevent incidents.

• Provide on-call support for production releases and incident management to maintain application stability and performance.

• Drive continuous improvement by investigating recurring issues, documenting solutions, and sharing knowledge to strengthen the DevOps ecosystem.

Must Haves:

• 7+ years of hands-on production support experience ensuring stability and performance of critical systems.

• Expertise with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Confluence, Ansible Tower, and Digital.ai Release.

• Proven experience working with Red Hat OpenShift Containers.

• Strong skills in automation playbook creation and integration with CI tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, and Bitbucket.

• Expert proficiency in Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting (BASH, KSH).

• Deep troubleshooting experience and ability to swiftly identify root causes of complex issues.

• Solid understanding of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases.

Plusses:

• Prior experience in banking or financial services industry.

• Familiarity with banking systems and processes is a significant advantage.
