Title: Automation Server Engineer
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: Full time
Day-to-Day:
- Develop automation for bringing up servers in isolated environments.
- Automate the server build process, integrating with the IT asset inventory.
- Automate VMware migrations to improve efficiency.
- Develop automated server health checks.
- Create automated reports by integrating with backend product APIs.
Must haves:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an Automation Server Engineer.
- Experience working with programming/scripting languages such as C# or PowerShell, and a familiarity with relational databases such as SQL.
- Advanced level knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware virtualization technologies
- Ability to build and troubleshoot Hyper-V, VMware, and Windows Hosts
- Advanced working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and related technologies
- Familiar with Windows Server OS 2019-2025 required
