Position Details:

Job Title: Inventory Planner

Location: Everett, WA 98203 (100% onsite)

Shift Schedule: SUN-WED 7-5:30pm, WED-SAT 7-5:30pm , M-F 10-6:30pm.

Duration: 9 months (Contract to Hire)

Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour

Job description:

Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts.
Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems to virtually transact material.
Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies, and communicate with quality control, purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems.
Efficiently move material between sites, both physically and virtually.
Identify training needs for the team and assist in the training of new hires and junior peers.
Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards by following best practices.
Resolve individual work blockers and escalate when necessary.
Learn new processes and contribute to the improvement of SOPs, including safety procedures.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.

Qualification:

1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer is preferred.

Skills:

Highly organized and self-starting.
Comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
Flexible and possess good written and oral communication skills.
Team-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
