Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Support resolution of complex IT issues to minimize business impact in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain and improve ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
  • Partner with business units, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve issues
    • Example: app goes down- setting up call with teams to understand the problem and the necessary steps to get it back up and running 
  • Analyze IT operations metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Champion ITSM process adoption and user enablement
  • Help develop and optimize ServiceNow workspaces for functionality and reporting
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing

Must Have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in ITSM or related IT operations roles
  • Experience using ServiceNow/ other ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to lead major incident response and root cause analysis
  • Experience in executing change management procedures and risk evaluation
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 

 

Pay range: $65-$68/hr without benefits
