Day To Day Responsibilities:

Support resolution of complex IT issues to minimize business impact in a fast-paced environment

Maintain and improve ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

Partner with business units, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve issues
-
Example: app goes down- setting up call with teams to understand the problem and the necessary steps to get it back up and running
-
Analyze IT operations metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
-
Champion ITSM process adoption and user enablement
-
Help develop and optimize ServiceNow workspaces for functionality and reporting
-
Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing
Must Have:
-
5-7 years of experience in ITSM or related IT operations roles
-
Experience using ServiceNow/ other ticketing systems
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to lead major incident response and root cause analysis

Experience in executing change management procedures and risk evaluation
-
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Pay range: $65-$68/hr without benefits
