Must Haves:

• 4–5 years of hands-on development experience, with 2–3 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow SPM Experience not just experience with ServiceNow they need the strategic portfolio management aspect
• Proficiency in JavaScript and strong ServiceNow scripting experience
• Deep familiarity with SPM modules—especially Demand Management and Project Portfolio Management
• Demonstrated experience building flows, APIs, and integrations (especially with Jira or similar systems)
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub and custom component development with experience in ServiceNow configurations
  Build and maintain custom workflows, record producers, and catalog items within ServiceNow’s SPM suite

Day to day:

• Develop and support integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, including Jira and other enterprise tools
• Modify and extend core SPM modules (Demand and Project) through scripting and configuration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic planning, and EDAP requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Support platform performance tuning, analytics, and standard reporting where needed
