Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled Talent Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team in Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate will manage talent acquisition and onboarding processes, leveraging expertise in platforms like Fieldglass or Ariba.
  • This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with on-site presence from Tuesday to Thursday, and a strong understanding of talent management terminology, including SOW, full-time contingent, and labor categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling using Fieldglass or Ariba platforms.
  • Onboarding & Compliance: Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations; manage contingent worker documentation and contracts.
  • Platform Management: Utilize Fieldglass, Ariba, or similar vendor management systems to track candidate pipelines, manage SOWs, and monitor labor spend.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and vendors to align on staffing needs, timelines, and budget requirements for full-time and contingent roles.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in talent management systems; generate reports on hiring metrics, labor costs, and contingent workforce trends.
  • Terminology Expertise: Apply knowledge of talent acquisition terms (e.g., Statement of Work (SOW), full-time contingent, labor categories) to ensure clear communication and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in talent coordination, recruitment, or HR, with hands-on experience using Fieldglass, Ariba, or similar vendor management platforms.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of talent acquisition terminology, including SOW, full-time contingent, labor categories, and related concepts.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with on-site presence in Buffalo, NY, from Tuesday to Thursday.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in talent management systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Location Requirement: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Buffalo, NY, area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with contingent workforce management.
  • Familiarity with labor compliance and contract negotiation processes.
