- Extensive experience with Atlassian Jira Software/Server and Jira Service Management Data Center Edition
- Extensive experience building Automation for Jira automation rules
- Extensive experience developing Scripts using Groovy
- Extensive experience building and maintaining Jira security with groups, project roles, issue roles, permission schemes, issue security schemes, etc.
- Experience using/extending Jira REST APIs
- Good comms
