Job Title: Commercial Loan Closing Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 - Hybrid (3 day in/ 2 day remote)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion based on performance)
Pay Range: ($35-$38) on an hourly basis.
Responsibilities:

Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Commercial Loan Closing.

Review and analyze challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.

Contribute to resolving issues and consult with others to meet deliverables.

Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.

Audit transactions and validate transaction documents against system records.
-
Remediate information discrepancies.
-
Perform document and language reviews.
-
Sync non-standard municipal documents to ensure alignment with legal and credit approvals.
Education Qualification:
-
4+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Closing or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Required Skills:
-
Leadership experience as a team lead, manager, or supervisor with responsibility for other employees.
-
Ability to train and mentor new team members.
-
Experience with document and language processing.
-
Experience processing transactions in a corporate environment and making independent decisions.

Leasing processing experience, including data entry, matching information, and adhering to process documents.

Experience with a system of record.
Desired Skills:

Experience with proprietary applications such as Siebel Row and Lease Connect.
