Job Description:

• Deploy, maintain, and optimize key management infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to key management services such as encryption, decryption, and key rotation.

• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to automate key lifecycle management workflows.

• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and conduct post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.

• Monitor performance and scalability of Key Management Systems (KMS) infrastructure and implement security best practices.

• Work with hardware security modules (HSM) requiring dual control for production changes and maintain strong operational discipline.

Must Haves:

• Strong experience with Thales CipherTrust Manager and Thales HSM network hardware security modules.

• Deep knowledge of cryptography and key management principles.

• Strong Linux/Unix skills (experience with Windows server platforms is a plus).

• Familiarity with Incident and Problem Management tools like Remedy or ServiceNow.

Plusses:

• Experience with automation and scripting.

• Knowledge of Elasticsearch.

• Familiarity with Cloud Key Management Services (KMS) from providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Previous experience working in banking or financial services security roles is advantageous.
