Job Title: Accountant (Level III)
Location: Atlanta GA USA 30308 (Onsite)
Duration: 5-6 Months + ( Extension or Conversion will be based on your performance)
Pay Rate: $26/hr. (Without any Benefits)
Key Responsibilities:

Run and analyze reports to support various property tax and financial tasks

Enter Business Personal Property (BPP) tax data into internal systems
-
Support payment processing, including reviewing and paying property tax bills
-
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions of tax-related documents
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support leasing operations
Must-Have Qualifications:
-
Experience with Business Personal Property (BPP) tax in a leasing environment
-
Proficiency in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
-
Experience using Toad Data Point for data analysis
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
Preferred Skills:
-
Ability to learn reporting tools and independently perform data analysis

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with financial systems and property tax platforms
