Day to Day Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for designing Power BI dashboards from the ground up and transforming complex, Excel-driven reports into automated, scalable visualizations tailored to the needs of wholesale banking. The initiative is part of a multi-year strategy focused on data accuracy, automation, and reporting modernization.

• Independently research, understand, and map data sources
• Design and build Power BI dashboards based on existing Excel sheets
• Integrate dashboards with underlying databases to ensure scalable and real-time data reporting
• Translate ambiguous and evolving requirements into clear visualizations
• Automate existing manual reporting processes
• Own the end-to-end Power BI solution: from backend data modeling to front-end design

Must Have:

• 8–12 years of experience in Power BI development
• Proven track record designing enterprise-grade dashboards in wholesale banking or capital markets
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
• Strong Excel integration experience
• Previous leadership experience or ownership of dashboard/reporting initiatives
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present dashboards to business leadership
• Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and deliver tangible outcomes

Nice to Have:

• Experience with database development or backend data modeling
• Familiarity with capital management, finance, or regulatory reporting
• ETL Experience
