Title: Banking Treasury Client Service Advisor
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 06 months of contract | Onsite
Pay: $28/Hr. to $30/Hr.
Job Description:

Requires a research driven person

Ability to navigate multiple systems, multitasker

Many different systems to learn
-
80% calls, 20% chat (proprietary system)
-
On the phones, answer 25- 30 calls/daily – phone all day.

Talk to commercial/business clients about anything
-
They are not singular focused, they are asked about any Treasury products
-
85% of calls we can solve on the phone in 10 min or less
-
15% of calls handed off/escalated
-
Toggle between multiple systems
-
3-5+ years of prior contact/call center experience in a banking/financial enterprise.

Strong soft skills – “client delight”
-
Ability to multitask between different computer screens while on the phone with a client resolving an issue.
