Job Title:Sr. Treasury Specialist/CSR
Work Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr

Position Summary:
Must Haves:
  • 3-5+ years of prior contact/call center experience in a banking/financial enterprise environment.
  • Strong soft skills – “client delight”
  • Ability to multitask between different computer screens while on the phone with a client resolving an issue.
  • 3-5 years Research background.
  • Example. Back/middle office work – review reporting, analyzing, etc.
  • Quick learner, note taker
  • Self-motivated – works independently.
Plusses:
  • Experience with card, deposits, small business banking, treasury experience ideal
 
D2D:
  • Looking for an exceptional Customer Service professional to support the treasury team for a banking enterprise. This is more than a basic customer service function – it’s much more in-depth:
  • Requires a research driven person
  • They deal with every treasury product, every level of client (commercial – business banking, 5 mil-2 bil in revenue client) and enterprise employee.
  • Must have the ability to resolve challenging issues
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, multitasker
  • Many different systems to learn
  • On the phones, answer 25- 30 calls/daily – phone all day.
  • Talk to commercial/business clients about anything
  • They are not singular focused, they are asked about any Treasury products
  • 85% of calls we can solve on the phone in 10 min or less
  • 15% of calls handed off/escalated
  • Toggle between multiple systems
  • Focus - Client delight
  • Hitting all the marks from a risk/audit perspective
  • Over time this becomes second nature
