- Provide prompt, courteous, and concise assistance to Medicaid providers and clients via phone.
- Resolve problems and respond to inquiries regarding eligibility and medical claims status.
- Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs.
- Transfer callers to other Call Center units as needed.
- Meet individual performance standards and maintain strict attendance metrics.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Education Qualification
- High school diploma
Skills:
- Minimum of 6 months of recent high-volume inbound contact center experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Effective multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
