  • Provide prompt, courteous, and concise assistance to Medicaid providers and clients via phone.
  • Resolve problems and respond to inquiries regarding eligibility and medical claims status.
  • Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs.
  • Transfer callers to other Call Center units as needed.
  • Meet individual performance standards and maintain strict attendance metrics.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Education Qualification

  • High school diploma 

Skills:

  • Minimum of 6 months of recent high-volume inbound contact center experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Effective multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
