MUST HAVES:

3–5+ years of experience in pre-sales or network engineering, including customer-facing responsibilities.

Strong expertise in Cisco networking + Meraki (switches, routers, firewalls), Fortinet, or Aruba experience is a plus.

Comfortable presenting to and communicating with executive-level decision-makers; confident, articulate, and professional.

Ability to create Visio network diagrams, technical documentation, and collaborate with sales and admin teams using tools like Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).

Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer site visits and occasional overnight vendor training (2–3 times/year).
PLUSSES:

Experience with Fortinet or Aruba technologies.

Prior work in an MSP or consulting environment.

Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, or CMNA).

Experience writing technical services briefs for professional services projects.
