Job Description:

• Lead or support cross-functional efforts in vendor capability assessments, sourcing, contracting, and procurement.
• Manage category strategies and inspection readiness activities across clinical trial functions.
• Understand end-to-end clinical trial operations including clinical monitoring, data management, RWD/RWE, labs (central, biomarker, bioanalytical), eCOA, medical imaging, and more.
• Conduct vendor assessments including RFI, privacy/security IT evaluations, anti-bribery due diligence, and financial health checks.
• Support vendor subcontractor process management and inspection readiness preparation.
• Analyze vendor data and benchmarking insights to drive strategy and continuous improvement.
• Deliver presentations and training; must be proficient in GCP, GVP, GLP, GDP, and ICH E6 R2 standards.

Qualifications:

• Candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry; and, has a BS or BA.
• PMP certification or equivalent certification
• Candidates can be current or former project managers
• Project management experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries
