Must Have:
- ?1–2 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing IT equipment using industry-standard diagnostic tools.
- Proficient in setting up, configuring, and operating modern operating systems on computers and servers.
- Basic network knowledge, including switch and router configuration; understands the OSI model.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate an open cargo van; physically capable of lifting, kneeling, and working in active environments.
- Self-directed, dependable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to punctuality and hard work.
