Key Responsibilities

· Develop precise, user-friendly manufacturing documentation (e.g., assembly instructions, process flows, and tooling guides).

· Partner with cross-functional teams—technicians, operators, production managers—to implement and refine manufacturing processes.

· Apply engineering principles to evaluate and improve existing manufacturing workflows and resolve technical issues.

· Manage documentation revisions through formal change control processes.

· Support validation and verification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

· 5+ years of electro-mechanical engineering experience focused on manufacturing processes, not product R&D.

· Proven success with creating detailed work instructions for complex electro-mechanical assemblies.

· Strong understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM) principles.

· Demonstrated experience working with complex systems or multi-component products.

· Excellent soft skills: able to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional partners at all levels.

· Integrity and transparency: Must be able to discuss challenges and past conflicts openly and honestly.

· Proficient in tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, Windchill, or similar PLM/CAD systems.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or aerospace.

· Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or root cause analysis methodologies.
