About the Role 

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a contact center environment.  
  • This position involves providing unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients, addressing inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related questions.  
  • The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to performance standards. 

  

Responsibilities 

  • Provide assistance to Medicaid providers and clients with inquiries regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program questions. 
  • Respond to phone inquiries promptly, courteously, and concisely. 
  • Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs. 
  • Transfer callers to other call center units as needed. 
  • Meet individual performance standards and maintain required attendance metrics. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management. 

  

Education Qualification 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  

Required Skills 

  • Minimum of 6 months recent high-volume inbound contact center experience. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office. 
  • Effective multi-tasking abilities. 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
