- The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Medicaid providers and clients with inquiries regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program questions.
- Respond to phone inquiries promptly, courteously, and concisely.
- Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs.
- Transfer callers to other call center units as needed.
- Meet individual performance standards and maintain required attendance metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months recent high-volume inbound contact center experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Effective multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
