- Assist buyers in the procurement of a variety of materials, components, software, and services.
- Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update procurement records and databases. - Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, clarify specifications, and track order status.
- Support the resolution of invoice discrepancies and receiving issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the purchasing department.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
