Title: Cost Analyst
Duration: 6 - 12 Months Contract
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $48 - $52
Day-to-day:
- Interface with several teams, such as Rig Clerks, Logistics, Materials, Supply Chain, Finance, and Drilling & Completions engineers, to ensure the flow of information about the costs and commitments to prepare for monthly project reporting.
- Manage all supplier invoice-related issues for the CAPEX WBS assigned.
- Execute regular reconciliations between SAP and Well View.
- Prepare and review with Team Lead the monthly value of work done/accruals, monthly forecasts and estimate at completion (EAC). Must be able to analyze and substantiate month to month variances.
- Perform financial closeout of projects
- Ad-hoc internal/external project cost reporting
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree (or 5 additional years’ work experience in lieu)
- 3 -10 years’ experience working as a cost analyst supporting offshore construction projects, drilling and/or completions operations

Must have experience with functional SAP ERP modules (SAP FICO) and be familiar with transaction codes to support cost control reporting
