Position Details:

Position: Axiom Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX

Pay Range: $65 - $68/hr.

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Axiom Developer to join our team in Charlotte or Plano. This role is ideal for a senior IT professional with a strong background in Axiom development, data mining, ETL, and reporting. You will work on critical regulatory and financial reporting solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Axiom applications and workflows.
• Work on onboarding new reports to the Axiom platform.
• Analyze user stories, create prototypes in Axiom, review solutions with team and stakeholders, and implement approved changes.
• Mine data from various sources, perform data transformations, and write complex SQL queries to support reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to determine the best solutions for requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and adherence to enterprise standards.

Must-Have:

• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on Axiom development (Axiom ControllerView).
• Strong ETL and reporting knowledge.
• Experience mining, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Advanced SQL skills to write, debug, and optimize queries.
• Ability to independently handle stories, prototypes, solution reviews, and implementations.
