About the Role:
We are seeking a Content Admin to join our team and contribute to the AskHR Knowledge Library. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and a background in journalism or storytelling. This role involves creating and maintaining informative articles on human resources topics, ensuring they are clear, concise, and easily accessible to our team members. The Content Admin will collaborate with various teams to produce high-quality content that supports the overall team member experience.
 
Responsibilities
  • Write, review, and revise knowledge articles to comply with content standards.
  • Utilize excellent writing and grammatical skills with attention to detail.
  • Meet deadlines and manage projects effectively.
  • Uphold knowledge article standards in line with best practices for customer-facing content.
  • Revise articles based on editorial feedback and guidance.
  • Proofread colleagues’ work and identify patterns for improvement.
  • Contribute to discussions on best practices for article creation and library growth.
  • Apply SEO principles to ensure articles are easily findable.
  • Manage the content pipeline within the knowledge library to maintain quality and relevancy.
  • Communicate effectively with various organizational groups.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts and relevant teams to create new content.
  • Conduct research and properly cite article sources.
  • Audit and update expiring content to keep knowledge articles current.
  • Work closely with the Experience Team to resolve gaps in the knowledge library.
  • Partner with communications teams to align the knowledge library with upcoming communications.
  • Read daily communications to develop or revise article content.
  • Own a portfolio of content categories within the knowledge base.
 
Education Qualification:
  • A degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills:
  • 1-2 years of technical writing experience.
  • Experience in manual user-facing content creation.
  • Background in journalism or storytelling is highly preferred.
  • Research experience in HR.
  • Experience in training and creating training materials.
  • Knowledge of SEO practices.
  • Strong business/academic writing experience.
  • Passion for grammar and strong team attitude.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Storytelling abilities.
  • Interest or background in writing human resources-focused articles.
