About the Role

  • We are seeking a Vice President Program Manager to join our team in the Data-DOS Program Management department.
  • This role involves managing large, complex projects and programs within the investment management domain, focusing on data products and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in investment management and data products such as ESG, Post Trade KPI, Analytics, and Risk analytics. 
  • Oversee data management processes including acquisition, ingestion, transformation, distribution, consumption, and governance. 
  • Manage large-scale, multi-year projects/programs, balancing scope, time, and quality to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to develop product definitions and roadmaps. 
  • Structure and manage integrated projects and programs to achieve business results.
  • Oversee the product increment lifecycle and associated ceremonies.
  • Maintain relationships with senior leadership and regularly communicate status and issues.
  • Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria.
  • Coordinate with various data engineering and product teams.
  • Mobilize and manage teams to execute project plans.
  • Lead business and technical design phases. 
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, especially in technology, user experience, and product. 
  • Utilize Agile and Iterative Development methodologies.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills

  • 10 to 12 years of relevant work experience. Ability to articulate objectives clearly and influence outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Ambitious and proactive with the ability to show initiative.
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of technology in a business context.
  • Experience working with global, distributed teams across multiple cultures and time zones.
  • A sense of curiosity and the courage to ask tough questions.
  • Proficiency and certification in agile at scale methodologies such as SaFE, LeSS, etc. 
  • Ability to drive the adoption of Scaled Agile practices across global teams.
