Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the secure migration of complex Mule 3.9.x applications to Mule 4.4, ensuring smooth and reliable transitions for enterprise-level integrations.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

• Analyze existing integrations to identify migration challenges and implement optimal strategies with a focus on security and compliance.

• Develop custom Java components and scripts within Mule flows to handle advanced financial logic, data transformations, and robust error handling.

• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform testing, and support user acceptance to ensure data integrity and solution resilience.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 7+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience, with deep expertise in Mule 3.9.x and Mule 4.4.

• Proven track record of successfully migrating complex Mule applications, preferably in financial services or similarly regulated industries.

• Strong Java programming skills, including secure coding practices and custom Java integration with Mule flows.

• Expertise in DataWeave for complex data transformations involving JSON, XML, and financial data formats.

• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, API-led connectivity, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and secure database connectivity.

Plusses:

• MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) certification.

• Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.

• Knowledge of secure coding standards and financial industry compliance requirements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills within high-stakes environments.
