Job Title: Python Developer (Future Axiom Developer)
Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (3Days Onsite at Charlotte CIC) Must attend in-person interviews.

• Candidates must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn Axiom and show no resistance to transitioning into the Axiom developer role
• Consultants must commit to the commute and work model expectations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strong Python Developer to join our regulatory reporting team in Charlotte, NC. While Axiom experience is not required, the selected candidate must be fully committed to learning Axiom and transitioning into a full-time Axiom Developer role. You will be evaluated based on your technical proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL. This is a critical role for our partnership with the client, and we are looking for a highly dependable and motivated professional located locally in Charlotte.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing and transformation
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Solid understanding of database concepts, including:
• Relational models
• Schema objects
• Data access and integrity
• Data storage strategies
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and Spark
• Good understanding of data migration and data integration projects
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn US Regulatory Reporting
• Must be committed to learning and working with AxiomSL (training will be provided)
• Must be reliable, team-oriented, and open to long-term engagement

Nice to Have:

• Prior exposure to AxiomSL
• Experience with Regulatory Reporting platforms or working with financial institutions
• Understanding of banking compliance frameworks and regulatory timelines
• Experience working in Agile teams using JIRA or similar tools
