About the Role:

• We are seeking a MS 365 Mobile App QA Automation Engineer to join our team within the Employee Experience Technologies division.
• This role is crucial in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of MS 365 mobile applications.
• You will work closely with development and product teams to automate test cases and ensure seamless functionality across various devices and platforms.

• Build, maintain, and update automation frameworks and tools to accommodate app updates and new features.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for MS 365 mobile applications, specifically on iOS.
• Design test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects or performance issues.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand application features and requirements.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Perform manual testing as needed for exploratory testing and validation of automation.
• Track, report, and verify defect fixes, ensuring high-quality releases.
• Monitor and improve automation coverage and performance.
• Stay updated on mobile testing best practices, tools, and industry trends.

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience in automated testing of third-party mobile applications on managed mobile devices, especially MS365 apps or similar enterprise apps.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, UiPath (RPA), or similar tools.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with mobile platforms iOS and relevant testing tools. - Understanding of API testing and integration points within mobile apps.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
