Position Details:
Title: Automation tester/ QA Tester
Type (Contract, C2H): Contract -12+ Months
Location: Plano, Texas - Hybrid
Interview Process: Two Rounds ( 1- Virtual and 2nd- In-person)
Compensation: $55-60/Hour
Day to day responsibilities:
- Running agile ceremonies, daily stand up calls
- Completing testing work, manual test cases for a functionality or project
- Data set up
- Test execution
- Capturing all evidence as per requirements - good documentation skills
- Automation activities using Selenium and Java.
Must-have/key skills needed:
- 5+ years’ experience testing and exposure to hands on Automation Testing
- Java, Selenium
- Manual Testing, API Testing
- UI Web based applications
- Ability to automate what they are executing manually, understand the existing framework in java and selenium
- Understand the application, going beyond the story in Jira to understand the project and add value find the gaps in testing.
- Banking and Payments experience.
Pluses:
- SOAP for manual testing
- Octane is preferred (instead of ALM)
