Day to day:

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud solutions
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure architectural standards and best practices
  • Guide and mentor developers, business systems analysts, product owners, and QA engineers
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with Data Cloud and DASS teams to refine data models and optimize data flows
  • Maintain and document technical solution designs
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and recommend improvements
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and daily stand-ups
  • Communicate proactively with TD business and technical stakeholders

 

Must haves:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead with deep Loyalty Cloud and Marketing Cloud expertise
  • Proficiency in Apex, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce ecosystem architecture
  • Strong Agile leadership skills and demonstrated experience guiding cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience in creating and reviewing solution architectures and technical documentation
