Position Details:

Position: ETL Tester

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $55 - $60/hr.

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated ETL Tester to join our team in Charlotte. This is a hands-on, functional ETL testing role focused on validating enhancements and upgrades to a mission-critical data resiliency application. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional ETL testing on enhancements and upgrades to the data resiliency application.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data flows and transformations.
• Collaborate closely with developers and fellow testers to ensure data quality and application stability.
• Use tools like QTest, ALM, Quality Center, or Octane for defect tracking and test management.
• Communicate effectively with team members to clarify requirements and report findings.

Must Have:

• 5-6 years of hands-on functional ETL Testing experience (not automation).
• Strong SQL skills to write complex queries for data validation.
• Experience with testing tools such as QTest, ALM, Quality Center, or Octane.
• Excellent communication skills to work within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work in a heads-down testing role with focus on deliverables.
