- Over 5 years of experience working inside factories (called "in-plant experience") as an engineer, mainly in oilseed processing (like soybeans, canola, sunflower, etc.).
- A strong background in industries like oilseed, food, grain, or chemical processing.
- fixing and improving pump systems in the plant.
- Knows how to design and fix pneumatic blower systems—these are machines that move materials (like powders or seeds) using air.
- An engineering degree.
