Client: Banking Client
Job Title: Reporting Analyst
Work Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $58/hr - $61/hr.

DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Define and maintain the communication planWork with Product Managers, Engineers, and User Experience to identify meaningful metrics, reporting requirements, source data, and generate reports and dashboards in support of the communication plan
• Find and maintain a content management framework to reduce data sources and promote consistency across reports.
• Gather, normalize, and analyze data from different sources to provide quantitative and qualitative reports on trends and patterns
• Designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into performance
• Ability to present data in a visually appealing and easily understandable format.
• Work as the administrator for the team Wiki
• Work as the connection into the Product Management
• Transformation team to ensure representation in the Public Wiki and report match the broader Product teams.

Must Have:

• 3+ years of data/reporting experience
• Proficient in Confluence, Jira, HTML, SharePoint
• Proficient/super user in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skill

Certifications

• Atlassian Pro Skills
• Atlassian Certified Associate (ACS) Excel Expert
• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
