MUST HAVES:

3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, Windows OS, servers, and networking equipment

Experience with Windows Server environments, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare), and Active Directory

Strong customer service mindset with clear communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to think critically and solve problems independently in dynamic, on-site client settings
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.

Strong SQL experience (has to be able to write/create queries)

Experience with Windows Server.

Experience with AD (Active Directory) and Ms 365.

Experience in Autopilot for Windows device deployment.

Proficient with technologies and cloud services, such as Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint.
